  1. "Unreal VPN", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the provider of the Service.

  3. "Subscription" means an auto‑renewing in‑app purchase that provides premium access to the Service.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least the minimum age required by your local laws to use the Service.
  2. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License and Acceptable Use

  1. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.

    2. circumvent security features or access controls;

4. VPN Service Limitations

  1. Unreal VPN is a tool intended to help secure your connection and improve privacy; it does not guarantee complete anonymity or immunity from all risks.
  2. Network performance can vary based on your device, ISP, location, network congestion, and server availability.
  3. Certain services or websites may block VPN connections. We do not guarantee access to any specific third‑party service.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto‑Renewal (Apple In‑App Purchases)

  1. Billing is handled by Apple. When you purchase a Subscription, Apple processes the payment and may provide us with limited purchase status information (e.g., active/expired) so we can enable premium features.
  2. Auto‑renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple’s policies.
  3. Managing or canceling. You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
  4. Price changes. If Apple changes prices or taxes, or if we change the Subscription price, Apple may require your consent as applicable.
  5. Trials or promotional offers. If a free trial or discount is offered in the app, it is subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase and Apple’s rules.

6. Refunds

  1. Refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases. You can request a refund via Apple’s support channels, subject to Apple’s policies.

7. Refunds and Consumption Information

  1. If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
  2. We provide this information solely for the purpose of assisting Apple in reviewing refund requests and to help prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell this information and do not share it with advertisers.
  3. The "anonymous account identifier" refers to a non‑directly identifying identifier generated by the app (where available) and does not include your name or email address.

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property

  1. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling any Subscription through Apple.
  2. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or harmed the Service or other users.
