This Privacy Policy explains how Unreal VPN ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application and our website (unreal-vpn.com). We built Unreal VPN to be privacy‑focused and to minimize data collection. We do not sell personal data.

  2. We aim to minimize data: Unreal VPN is designed to function without requiring you to create an account.
  3. VPN traffic content is not collected: we do not inspect or store the content of your traffic (e.g., websites you visit, DNS queries content, messages, files).
  4. Limited operational data may be processed to provide the service (e.g., selected server, connection state, crash logs if you choose to share them).
  5. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

2. Information We Collect

We follow a data‑minimization approach. Depending on how you use the app, some information may be processed:

2.1. Information you provide directly

  1. Support communications: if you email us at support@unreal-vpn.com, we will receive the information you include (such as your email address and message content). We use it only to respond and provide support.
  2. Feedback you send: if you voluntarily submit feedback, we use it to improve the app.

2.2. Information processed to provide the VPN service

  1. Connection state and technical signals: to establish and maintain a secure tunnel, the app and VPN infrastructure may process transient technical data (e.g., protocol used, server chosen, tunnel status, and network routing information required for connectivity).
  2. Service quality data: we may process non‑content signals such as ping/latency and error codes to help you pick a server and to maintain reliability.
  3. We do not log browsing activity: we do not collect or store a history of websites you visit or the content of your communications.

2.3. Device and app information

  1. Basic device information: device model, OS version, app version, language/region settings may be processed for compatibility and troubleshooting.
  2. Crash diagnostics (optional): if you enable system crash reporting (e.g., through your device settings) we may receive crash logs that help us fix bugs. These typically do not include your browsing content.

2.4. Website information (unreal-vpn.com)

  1. Server logs: like most websites, our servers may automatically receive standard logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
  2. Cookies: we do not intentionally use tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics or optional cookies, we will update this policy.

3. How We Use Information

  1. To provide, operate, and maintain the VPN service (connecting you to servers and keeping the tunnel stable).
  2. To improve performance, reliability, and security (e.g., fixing bugs, preventing abuse, mitigating attacks).
  3. To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about service issues.
  4. To comply with legal obligations when applicable.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. We may share limited information only in these cases:

  1. Service providers: we may use infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting) to operate the service. They act under contract and may process limited information to provide their services.
  2. Apple / App Store: subscriptions are processed by Apple. We may receive limited subscription status information (e.g., whether a subscription is active) to unlock premium features. We do not receive your full payment information.
  3. Refund-related requests: if Apple requests information to evaluate an in‑app purchase refund request, we may provide Apple with limited consumption information as described in our Terms (see “Refunds and Consumption Information”).
  4. Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect users and the integrity of our service.

5. Data Retention

  1. Support emails: retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.
  2. Operational data: technical data used to keep the VPN running is processed transiently and retained only as needed for reliability and security. Where logs exist, we strive to keep them minimal and limited in time.
  3. Website logs: retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

6. Security

  1. We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
  2. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, we continuously work to improve our security practices.

7. Your Choices

  1. Contact us: you can request help or ask privacy questions via support@unreal-vpn.com.
  2. Uninstall: you can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
  3. Subscription management: you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

8. Children’s Privacy

  1. Unreal VPN is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction).
  2. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. International Transfers

  1. Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We take steps intended to ensure appropriate safeguards when information is processed internationally.
